Choir
Besides singing every Sunday morning, we have specials every Sunday morning and
usually Sunday evening - solos, instrumentals, and groups. The choir does at least two seasonal specials
every year - Easter and Christmas.
Youth Ministry
GO, our youth ministry, is growing and active, meeting several times a week for various activities. We strive to teach our youth the values necessary for handling the challenges that our world offers by providing a biblical perspective on teenage life and its role on modern culture.
Men's Ministry
The men meet the first Wednesday of every month. We have devotional time. we discuss plans for everything from Father/Son outings to outreach ministries.

Women's Ministry
The women meet the first Wednesday of every month. We have devotional time and discuss plans for everything from baby showers to retreats. A potluck dinner is provided before each WAC and MM meeting. WAC provides the food for these dinners.
Women Nationally Active for Christ (WNAC) is a function of the National Association. The Lavergne WAC enjoys active membership in the Women's Active for Christ of our association. We want to welcome any and all ladies to join us as we "Labor together with GOD" (1 Corinthians 3:9) to fulfill the "Great Commission" in and through our church, families, community and the world.
The group has the tremendous blessing of having Sister Cleo Purcell as a member. She established the organization in 1972 with an objective of giving women more effective ways of helping missions around the world.
First and foremost, through prayer - then to help educate others of their sacrifices and burdens as they serve. Her effects have been further blessed as we now have marked days each year as fundraising across the nation and a Provision Closet at the FWB National Office that is furnished by donations to provide household items for missionaries.
We hold friendly, informal fellowship that includes business activities, helping other Christians and missionaries in various capacities (especially in what they are in greatest need, PRAYER). Then, if time permits, we end the meeting with the monthly program from the Co-Labor, the WNAC magazine.
We fully anticipate your visit in the future and look forward to sharing the joys of serving our LORD and SAVIOR together for HIS glory.
